Yoz everyone~Firstly wishing Michelle happy birthday! :) and rashid also, which was like 4 days ago... sorry >.>
ok erm yeah please settle the money stuffs with sudha when she comes back tomorrow, because we hope to settle the financial matters by family day.
oh yeah regarding family day itself, i've done up the duty roster and about everyone has been allocated 3 hours of duty, either split up to 2 hrs and 1 hr or 3 hrs at one shot. I decided not to put 3 hrs for everyone because it would be too tiring. So yeah. I'll be printing your personal schedules out soon and give everyone a copy so just follow whatever's written on it.
Numbers indicate index numbers. Colours indicate cross-duties due to odd number people in our class. Logistics team has been divided into 2, log 1 (gamemasters) & log 2 (timekeepers). individual roles will be explained when the day draws closer. The times on the left column are in 1 hr denominations, so a duty from 0900 hrs will stretch to 1000 hrs.
for saturday when we have to come back for the family day preps i will inform you guys again most likely tomorrow. but mainly we just need to come set up our stalls and prepare everything (im thinking if i can bring the materials for the game down and we do it together because I can't do 3 sets myself or not i'll die).
Oh yeah, family day on sunday is compulsory for everyone to come since the SA comm have stated it as an OFFICIAL SCHOOL DAY. Everyone has to report at 7.30am and be expected to be in school during the opening and closing ceremonies. And also everyone has been scheduled a duty whether logistics or publicity. The only 2 people that have been excused are Shubham who will be performing on Sunday and Sagar for councillor duty.
